Walk/Run
North Shore Athletics Walk / Run clinics are the perfect programs for the complete novice to those who are looking for a safe and rewarding environment to begin running again. Over the course of the clinics, you will be introduced to a variety of topics that will be beneficial to your growth as a runner / walker. Intro to Running Designed for someone who has completed a walk/jog program or used to Run before and is just getting back into it. Over the course of the 14 week clinic, you will be introduced to a variety of topics that will be beneficial to your growth as a runner. Intermediate Designed for people who want to establish a base for doing longer distances and want to start working on speed and a variety of different workouts. It will improve running technique, stamina, strength and form. This clinic is good for someone who has running experience but not ready for all out track workouts. Over the course of the 14 week clinic, you will be introduced to a variety of topics that will be beneficial to your growth as a runner. Run Faster This clinic is very similar to the intermediate but taken to the next level through more advanced speed training workouts. Designed for strong runners looking to get out and either learn some new workouts or train with other strong runners and benefit from the expertise provided through our instructors. Over the course of the clinics, you will be introduced to a variety of topics that will be beneficial to your growth as a runner / walker. |
