It’s nearly time for the Spring Tuesday Night Run Clinic!

Due to popular demand we’re bringing back the Tuesday Night Run Clinic at it’s regular time of 6:30pm! Starting January 17th join us at North Shore Athletics for this spring’s 16 week running programme.
Learn to Run with NSA
Our Tuesday clinics cater to all abilities, from learn to run all the way up to advanced running. Each week we break into five groups of varying abilities, each group completing a workout that is tailored to their needs, and builds your stamina and technique over time. We’re passionate about creating a healthy, active community, and to that end each level has skilled coaches to support you as you train, and trusted guest speakers we feel have something to offer you in your fitness journey.
New Balance is our clinic sponsor, and during the clinic they will bring their latest running shoes for you to test, and offer clinic members exclusive discounts on some of their range – you actually get to take a pair out for the evening to try them out.
This spring our general focus will be supporting athletes in preparation for the Vancouver Sun Run. That said, there’s always space for runners with different goals, and especially for those who don’t have a specific target in mind, but who enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and run in a supportive environment.
